The person in this position will help ensure Tektronix' compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404. This will include the completion of the various audits of key controls, the performing of quarterly self-assessment procedures and the effective communication of all results. This individual will also assist in the maintenance of all process flowcharts, risks and controls matrices and audit documentation/support. This individual will have interaction with finance management as well as operations management. The individual must possess good interpersonal, time management, influencing and oral and written communication skills.


This position requires:



Refining key controls around significant financial processes and accounts.
Recommending improvements in processes and control design.
Testing of key controls and documenting those results.
Reviewing of deficiencies and monitoring the status of remediation.
Partnering with finance, operations, H/R and/or IT process owners to help ensure ongoing compliance.
Establishing and communicating standardized practices with sites and functions around the world.
Improving the ongoing change management process.
A Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in accounting, plus 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
This position is a multi-level position depending on the experience of the candidate.
