Sarbanes Oxley Project Manager

Taylor White - Accounting and Finance is currently recruiting for an experienced Sarbanes Oxley Project Manager to lead Taylor White client's SOX 404 implementation.

Consultant must have previous experience as SOX Project Manager. Consultant must also have a solid foundation in accounting, experience auditing, and the ability to manage the project start to finish. Also, Consultants must posess excellent communication skills to interact with management and the following credentials:

*Bachelors and/or Masters Accounting degree
*Certifications preferred: CPA, CIA, or CISA
*Professional training in SOX requirements
*Comprehensive knowledge of risk, controls, and business processes
*Previous Sarbanes Oxley experience
*Public accounting experience or internal audit experience given primary consideration.
