Our client, a manufacturer in Baltimore, is currently seeking an experienced Payroll Coordinator to join their accounting team.

Job duties will include:

Preparation and processing of payroll and incentive pay programs.

Processing of garnishments and general deductions.

Distribution of payroll checks.

Process and tracking of payroll corrections.

Providing timely response to associates with payroll concerns.

Assist in W-2 processing.

Qualifications include:

-Minimum of 2-3 years of payroll experience.

-Attention to detail and organizational skills.

-Proficiency with MS Office with an emphasis on Excel spreadsheets.

Salary range would be 30K-35K
