Senior Accountant

Job Qualifications:
Individual must have 3 or more years of relevant experience in Cost
Accounting or have strong general ledger experience with interest in
manufacturing cost. Demonstrated ability to understand and provide
solutions to complex accounting business issues is important.

Specific experience in general ledger financial close processes, cost
accounting, financial analysis and modeling techniques are all
preferable. Candidate must have strong systems skills preferably with
experience using planning tools such as SAP, Adaytum, Essbase,
Hyperion and excel. The ideal candidate should be proficient in
PowerPoint and Word. Fundamental understanding of ERP/MRP will be a
plus as the candidate will be expected to participate in
implementation of SAP software for product costing. Candidate must
possess strong communication and presentation skills and demonstrated
ability to interact effectively as part of a team. The candidate
will need to successfully build partnerships with the Global Supply
Chain, R&D Finance, Corporate Finance, Procurement, and other
manufacturing groups.

Requirements:
BS/BA in Accounting
MBA or CPA preferred
SAP experience is highly preferred
Strong system skills
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Strong communications skills with ability to convey complex financial
subject matter to non-financial partners
