Senior Accountant / Auditor

Baker, Peterson & Franklin is a locally owned CPA firm (50 employees) in Fresno, California.  Our service areas are tax, accounting and assurance, business consulting, estate planning and litigation support.  Our client base is concentrated in agriculture, food processing, auto-dealerships, and family-owned businesses.

If this sounds like the kind of environment you would like to work in, we are looking for experienced senior accountants to join our Audit & Assurance team.  A successful candidate will be able to perform the following functions:Assume full responsibility, under supervision, for small to medium-size accounting engagementsWork as a member of a team on large audit engagementsAnalyze client schedules and financial recordsInteract successfully with clients and other employeesPrioritize and be held accountable for multiple tasksParticipate in client business consulting engagementsParticipate in worthwhile community events

 

We are seeking licensed CPAs and CPA candidates with a minimum of two years of experience in a public accounting firm.  Knowledge in Excel, Lacerte, CCH Engagement and QuickBooks is helpful.
