Franchisee for a National Restaurant Company is seeking a senior accountant/controller to oversee all accounting functions.



Responsibilities Include:

Accounts Payable for multiple restaurantsCredit Card and Banks Reconciliation for multiple restaurantsBudgeting and Construction Loan Administration for ongoing real estate development projectsCash Management



Skills Required

Familiarity with Financial StatementsBasic knowledge of real estate accountingCash management and budgeting experience



Qualifications

3-5 years accounting experienceBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or BusinessPeople skills, computer experience, and communication skills
