Senior Accountant-External Reporting

My client, a highly successful, publicly held company in Cleveland is searching for a Senior Accountant with excellent communication and technical skills to join their team.?? In this role, you will be assisting with the preparation of required reporting for annual reports, SEC Filings (10-Q, 10-K, etc.), press releases and additional management reporting.? This position also helps with GAAP research for the corporate entity and its divisions.

We are looking for accountants with public accounting experience (Big 4 and second tier firms) that are motivated and want to further their career in a corporate environment.? 2+ years experience is required.? CPA or CPA candidate preferred.? Strong communication skills and experience with SEC filings is required.
