Our client, a leading International Software company in the Burlington area, has a need for an experienced Senior Accountant. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for analyzing and preparing the company's FAS123R calculations and entries. This is a cutting edge role that has been recently formed due to new SEC compliance requirements within public companies. The candidate will report directly to the VP & North American Controller of this $500M company. Responsibilities will go beyond equity accounting requirements as the Sr. Accountant will also communicate and work with HR, Compensation teams and Corporate Finance to establish new proceedures to account properly for stock grants and award programs. We are looking to interview any candidates with 4+ years of Public Accounting experience supporting technology clients, or Sr. Accountants with 4+ years of Corporate Accounting experience within the technology sector.
