Job Status: Full Time
Salary: From 52,000.00 to 62,000.00 per hour

Prepares journal entries, financial statements, schedules and reports. Compiles, balances and controls necessary data.
Analyzes reports received from product management and IT, produces account reconciliations and analyzes G/L accounts and balances.
Partipates in yearly audit and budgeting and completes misc. projects on an as needed basis.

Required Skills:
6-7 years accounting experience with 3-4 years as an insurance accountant (with Great American or company of equivalent standards) or bachelor's degree and 3-4 years experience as insurance accountant.
Some supervisory experience helpful.

Working knowledge of insurance accounting theory and principles preferred.

Bachelors Degree in Accounting or equivalent business/work experience.
