Job Description:
Position Summary:
We have an immediate opening for a Senior Accountant. This person will execute monthly and quarterly close processes, review, prepare and analyze account reconciliations. Additional responsibilities will include review, prepare and post journal entries, understand and support the consolidation process, review and analyze financial statement packages, identify and follow-up on unusual transactions, and prepare and review management reporting packages including financial statement analytics. Support quarterly reporting processes including assigned financial statements preparation and analytics. Provide support to internal and external audit activities including preparation of audit schedules.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Accounting
Solid understanding of GAAP
Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience, mix of public accounting and private industry preferred.
Ability to work on cross-functional activities and form solid business relationships across functions.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
Well organized with ability to prioritize and self manage workload.
