Senior Accountant with 2-4years experience - Maryland

SENIOR ACCOUNTANT

Our client is one of the fastest growing companies in the country. This public company is looking for two Senior Accountants. In this newly created position you will handle accounting and reporting for a large portfolio of managed and joint venture communities in various stages of development. Responsibilities include: preparation and analysis of financial statements, account reconciliations, calculation of owner distributions, preparation of client schedules for annual audit and various other requirements as needed. Excellent growth and quality of life!

You must have:

? BS/BA degree in Accounting

? 2-4 years accounting experience or 1-2 years public

? CPA desired, not required
