Job Description

Major Responsibilities:

Under general supervision, assures the maintenance of proper operations and accurate records related to the NAOM Runzheimer Program.
- Facilitate the Phelps Dodge NAOM Runzheimer Program in daily activities.
- Heavy customer contact with Runzheimer participants required.
- Manage employee program enrollment packages.
- Prepare employee Runzheimer payment spreadsheets.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and reconciliations related to the NAOM Runzheimer Program.
- Maintain Runzheimer website.

Minimum Requirements:

- High School Diploma or GED.
- Three (3) or more years experience.
- Knowledge of basic accounting or business practices and methods.
- Knowledge of standard computer software, including word processing, database and spreadsheet applications.
- Knowledge of public relations/customer service principles, practices and techniques.
- Ability to develop and maintain awareness of occupational hazards and safety precautions. Skilled in following safety practices and recognizing hazards.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
