The Senior Accounts Receivable Researcher in the Payments Reversals Group is responsible for the research and reversals of returned payments received from multiple channels and tender types. The Researcher will support Payment Operations by researching and resolving payment returns using multiple applications. The position will also be responsible for applying problem-solving techniques to ensure the efficiency and accuracy of outputs.

Other duties include monitoring the progress of specified Payment Operations initiatives and providing reporting to Management of the same. Knowledge and skills required are strong working knowledge of Microsoft applications such as Excel and Access, good analytical and problem solving skills and must be Finance oriented. Good written and oral communication skills are also required.
