Senior Acoountant-Consolidations and Financial Reporting

?Coordinate the consolidation and prepare the Applera Financial Statements including related financial analysis. ?Prepare management reports, primarily on a quarterly basis, that support and provide supplemental information on the company?s financial statements. ?Assist in the preparation of Board and Senior Management presentations. ?Review external quarterly filings and annual report. ?Provide guidance and support to the field accounting offices. Work with field offices to ensure GAAP requirements are met as part of the consolidation. ?Participation in the planning and forecast process for the consolidation as required. ?Participate in ad hoc projects and prepare responses to various requests for information.

?Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; MBA preferred. ?4 to 7 years experience with a minimum of 2/3 years in public preferred. ?Knowledge of consolidations and financial reporting required. ?Self starter with good communication, presentation and organizational skills. ?Ability to work within team environment. ?Knowledge of Hyperion Enterprise and Microsoft Office software products required.
