Senior Analyst
A Leading Service Company located in Cheshire County, New Hampshire is searching for a Senior Analyst with responsibilities as follows:
- Assist Director of financial reporting with the preparation of budget and estimate free cash flow calculation and analysis of variances to actual results.
- Analyze stockholder?s equity, debt and capital structure and preparation of related 10K and 10Q footnotes.
- Prepare monthly shares outstanding bank reconciliation and review of basic and diluted earnings per share calculation.
- Responsible for all aspects of accounting for Equity Compensation including calculating fair values, preparation of 10Q and 10K disclosures, Budget preparation, and any other aspects of calculating divisional expenses.
Qualified candidates will possess:
- A Bachelor?s degree in Accounting; CPA license a plus
- 3+ years of work experience; at least 2 years of public accounting experience
- Strong quantitative and analytical abilities
- Excellent PC skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work well under tight deadlines
- Good understanding of accounting principles and how to apply them
The total compensation range for this opportunity is from $65,000 to $70,000 with bonus, excellent benefits (medical/dental) and a 401k plan with match.
