Senior Analyst, Business Development

Assist Deal Manager throughout the Acquisition, Divestiture, and Workout process.

This includes financial analysis, negotiation, due diligence and closing.

Work closely with business partners throughout BKC (operations, asset management, development and legal) to drive decision-making required to complete transactions.

Work with junior group members to enhance skills and provide positive direction.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance required, Masters of Business Administration a plus.

2-3 years minimum work experience in financial analysis - investment banking or corporate business development.

Excellent technical skills and experience in MS Office products.

Firm knowledge of accounting and financial analysis concepts, modeling skills and valuation techniques.

Problem solving skills and attitude; ability to identify and implement process improvements.

Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines while ensuring accuracy of work product.

Effective influencing and communication skills.

Willingness and ability to be a member of a dynamic team and be responsive
to the team's needs by transcending their job description when needed.
