Senior Analyst - Corporate Accounting - SEC Reporting

Description:

-Preparation of regulatory reports for the SEC,  Form 10Q, Form 10K and governmental consensus requirements.

-Prepare and analyze financial management reports for Senior Executives and  Board of Directors.

-Ensure the Company meets all reporting requirements of the FASB and the SEC.

-Research and stay current with any newly issued reporting standards.

-Support testing required for Sarbanes-Oxley 404 compliance. 

-Thorough knowledge and understanding of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.

-Good analytical and review skills.

-Strong written communication skills.

-Detail oriented with a strong sense of accuracy.

-Bachelor's degree in Accounting.

-CPA required.
