Job Description:
To assist in various assignments of PULSE SOX 404 compliance.

SKILLS
Required:
1.Coordinate PULSE company-wide control initiatives progress and regular updates of key processes.


2.Perform and report the reviews of key processes of PULSE Accounting, Opeations and Sales.


3.Ensure PULSE key processes are properly documented in accordance with SOX framework.


4.Develop new or enhanced PULSE period-end financial reporting process.


5.Participate in special projects requested by Senior Management.

For various control projects at PULSE, this position will have frequent contacts (or coordinations) with the following departments:
1.Accounting. (All levels on a daily basis)
2.Operations. (Manager level on a monthly basis or daily basis if needed)
3.Sales. (Manager level on a monthly basis or daily basis if needed)

This position requires a Bachelors degree in accounting or finance. Candidate must have at least 3 years of external, internal audit / financial controls experience from a national public accounting firm, major financial institution, or medium-size Fortune 500 Corporation. Candiate also must have excellent communication (both oral and written) and organizational skills.



Desired:
CPA or equivalent professional designation is preferred.
