Senior Audit and Tax Accountant

We are currently seeking Accountants with audit or tax experience at the Senior to Manager level.

The responsibilities for the Tax position include:
- Review and preparation of corporate and individual tax returns
- Tax planning and consulting
- Tax research and compliance
- Multi-state and consolidated tax returns

Qualified candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and at least 4 years of public accounting experience. Managers must be a CPA, seniors and supervisors may be CPA candidates.

The responsibilities for the Audit position include:
- Audit, internal control and SOX related engagements
- Financial statement and transaction analysis
- Supervision of audit staff
- Must be good at interacting with clients and their personnel

Qualified candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and at least 4 years of public accounting experience. Managers must be a CPA, seniors and supervisors may be CPA candidates. Experience with SEC registrants, extraction industries, construction accounting, or family owned business services is a plus.
