Senior Auditor, Sarbanes-Oxley

Objective
Monitor and test Sarbanes-Oxley (SOx) compliance of Worldwide and Corporate management.

Specific AccountabilityAssist in the preparation of the SOx Annual Risk Assessment to identify locations that fall under the full scope annual review Assist in the preparation of SOx Annual Plan that documents management s assessment process for the External Auditors Assist in the review and improvement of the SOx test templates, test instructions, and monitoring procedures. Coordinate communication of the SOx full and limited procedures to units identified in the annual Risk Assessment. Liaison between Company management (units, Area, Group, and Corporate) for SOx compliance issues. Liaison between External Auditors and Company management (units, Area, Group, and Corporate) for SOx compliance issues. Liaison with Internal Audit staff for Internal Audit s participation of SOx procedures. Review quarterly SOx submissions for timely reporting and quality of work and prepare follow up communication. Develop and assess quarterly reports based on SOx submissions and prepare various analyses to track deficiency trends. Prepare quarterly reports of SOx submission, control issues identified, and action plans provided by local management for audit committee communication. Assist in the year-end assessment and reporting of outstanding deficiencies. Improve SOx procedures for locations that do not fall under the full or limited scope SOx procedures. Maintain and monitor the annual SOx self-assessment. Assist in SOx testing of certain corporate departments. Assist in documentation and control testing of new full scope locations. Assist in the re-testing of full and limited scope locations.

Education and Experience

?Ability to work well with deadlines and under pressure Strong verbal and written communication skills Experience in Windows and network environment Proficient use of Excel and Word; experience with PowerPoint and Access a plus

Willingness to travel as needed; approximately 10 ?20% travel (international)
