Senior Business Analyst

Industry leading manufacturing company located in the South East has asked us to assist them in locating a talented financial professional to work closely with their senior management team.  This person will be responsible for the advanced analysis of the financial results coming from their sales and marketing department.  This opportunity will allow the selected candidate to get involved in strategic financial analysis, marketing and sales competitive analysis, and inventory, pricing, and costing analysis in support of major business initiatives and decisions.  This person will have the opportunity to work cross functionally and build relationships throughout this industry leading company.

 

Candidates should posses the following:

1.  Candidate should have 5+ years of experience in business finance or financial planning and analysis in support of sales and marketing strategic incentives.

2.  Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business required.  MBA or related Master's Degree preferred.

3.  Candidate must have experience in budgeting, forecasting, benchmarking, and advanced analytical support of strategic business incentives.

4.  Experience with SAP or another major ERP would be helpful.  (Oracle, JD Edwards, Peoplesoft, etc. . .)

5.  The individual must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.  Building relationships throughout the company is required for success in this role.
