Senior Business Systems Analyst-Select Account

I. Job Summary: This position prepares business and/or financial analysis and
does research in such areas as financial and expense performance,
rate of return, workforce management, scheduling, etc. Prepares
forecasts and analyzes trends in sales, processes, business
conditions (specifically claims and call volumes) and other
related areas. Uses computerized systems(PC and/or mainframe)
to create reports, graphs, and charts of data developed.
May assist in the development of organization business
policies, conducts financial and business related studies
and cooperates with other departments/organizations in the
preparation of analyses.


II. Accountabilities:

1. Leads the development of team building, problem solving,
and continuous improvement.

2. Assists individuals and teams in documenting, standardizing
and sharing improvements across the organization.

3. Identifies customer needs and researches, tests and
develops implementation plans for meeting those needs.

4. Define project requirements and perform business analysis.

5. Assists in analyzing organizational needs in such areas
as labor and training.

6. Documents performance measurements and process changes.
 

III. Job Requirements:

1. Bachelors degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Statistics
or related field and a minimum of 5 years of experience
with documenting processes and/or training or auditing;
or a minimum of 9 years of experience documenting processes and/or training or auditing.
2.  Working knowledge of statistical data - especially call center work force analysis.
3. Operational and/or enrollment experience preferred.
4. Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Power Point) required.
