Senior Cash Operations Analyst

The Senior Cash Operations Analyst is directly responsible for identifying and improving operational efficiencies within the Cash Operations group, work on assigned departmental level projects and will help support the day to day operations of the department. Assigned task will include, but not be limited to the following: Quality Assurance Reporting, Internal Auditing and Process Review, Department level Project Work, Procedure Documentation and Training, Resolving Complicated Client Issues and Escalations. The Senior Cash Operations Analyst will also serve as a back-up for the other Senior staff members within the department and help support the unit management staff on a daily basis.

 

Requirements:

College preferred, a minimum of 1-2 years payment processing, cashiering or banking experience required, 3-5 years A/R experience, 3-5 years accounting/financial experience, 1-2 years supervisory level experience. Proven problem resolution skills and excellent written and oral communication skills required. Must have experience with MS Office and other PC based software.
