Senior Client Developer - Institutional Brokerage Trading Systems
We are a stable and growing company that is seeking to add multiple client server developers to our team to develop Brokerage Trading Systems. The team develops and maintains mixed-platform distributed systems and applications that enable trading, quoting, and order processing activities for various desks within the trading environment including sophisticated pricing and trading software, order and position management systems, smart order routing algorithms, market data distribution and display mechanisms, and real-time decision-support and business transaction systems. Technologies employed include Unix, Windows, C++, C#, VB, Perl, MFC, .NET, Oracle, Rendezvous?, and Web Services.
You will work in a collaborative team environment, the Developers will participate in all phases of software development from initial requirements gathering through deployment; will lead the analysis, design, and development of trading and brokerage applications; will design and develop UI, workflow, and business components in a distributed-systems environment; will assist with integration, testing and deployment; and will provide second-line production support for new and existing applications.
