Senior Compliance Manager

Accountabilities
Ensures company compliance with cost accounting standards administration; prepares forward pricing rate schedules, incurred cost claims, and other rate schedules for state submissions; serves as lead liaison with DCAA and other agencies during audits of policies, procedures, and internal controls relative to accounting and management systems, incurred cost claims, contract close-outs, and other audits; provides guidance to company staff related federal contract cost principles and procedures and CAS; related activities; reports to VP Contracts.

Knowledge
BA/BS in Accounting or related field
10 years or more of contract cost accounting and auditing experience
Extensive knowledge of CAS, DCAM, GAAP, and FAR
Working experience with DCAA preferred
Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Access
