Senior Construction Cost Estimator

Description:
Senior Construction Cost estimator to support the Asia Pacific Region. Experience in conceptual estimating and desgn/build delivery working for Federal, Military, and commercial building construction and renovation projects. Profiecient with commercial estimating systems and scheduling systems. Experience in preparing subcontractor work scopes and schedules of values.

Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications: Backelor's degree. 10 years work experience with at least 5 of those year estimating experience.

Preferred Qualifications: 15 year work experience with at least 10 of those years being estimating experience.
