As part of our Control Assurance practice, you will aid clients' IT organizations in creating processes for developing quality systems and managing IT projects. In doing so, the you will provide guidance in IT change management, project risk assessment, software testing and validation, quality management
, implementation projects and conversion management services.
- 5 years experience in Information Technology performing systems/business analysis, IT quality assurance and IV&V ?
- Expertise in IT change management, system project management, software testing and validation, software quality management, technology implementation projects and conversion management.
- Previous consulting experience with public sector and/or government entities preferred..?
- Excellent written and verbal presentation skills.
- Excellent potential for: 1) playing lead role in designated tasks of the project team in gathering, organizing and analyzing data; 2) making major contributions in assuring products/deliverables meet contract/work plan and 3) strong potential for growth and acceptance of additional responsibilities.
- Master of Business Administration, Computer Science, Accounting and Information Systems, or BA/BS in Business Administration.

- Writing reports
- Contribute to a strong client relationship through interactions with client personnel
- Understand engagement as it relates to client's business
- Demonstrate knowledge in some areas of industry or functional specialty
- Assume responsibility for small components of engagements.?
- May have greater role on small engagements
- Contribute to engagement planning and ensuring that products/deliverables meet contract/workplan
- Deliver services that meet D&T task leader specifications
- Recognize and communicate opportunities to sell "add-on" work to client
- Contribute to a positive team attitude
