Senior Consultant (SOX) A prestigious international investment bank is pursuing a Senior Consultant within their Internal Audit group for immediate placement in NYC. As a candidate, you should be proficient in Sarbanes Oxley and possess a strong background in accounting. This is an amazing opportunity provided on a long term temporary basis at a rate of $70-90 per hour +benefits!

Job duties include, but are not limited to:
Planning of Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) controls review, which includes preparation of planning documents, analysis, timing guidelines, analysis of accounting issues and audit programs
Execution of the controls review
Preparation/review of work papers
Preparation of reports as well as other tasks in accordance with defined objectives
Coordinate the work of other consultants

Minimum requirements are as follows:
Undergraduate Degree
At least 6 years of experience within a Public Accounting (Big ?4? preferred) and/or Broker Dealer/Investment Bank.
Strong Financial, analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills.
