Senior Contracts Manager

MDA Federal Inc. is recruiting a Senior Contracts Manager to be responsible for the management and direct administration of contracts and subcontracts. The Senior Contracts Manager will oversee the entire contract process to ensure company and subcontractor compliance with internal policies and procedures. The Senior Contracts Manager will serve as an integral member of the business team working with senior management, project, and finance personnel in the overall proposal process, from the evaluation of RFPs to the negotiation, execution and close-out of government, and commercial contracts.

The qualified candidate has a bachelor's degree in business or related field and 7-10+ years contracts management experience in high-technology and US government procurement. Export control management experience, including ITAR and EAR licensing and compliance programs, preferred. Attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate and high-quality work is essential. Proficiency in MS Word and Excel; strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills; the ability to meet aggressive deadlines; and strong multi-tasking skills are a necessity.
