SENIOR DIRECTOR, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP & A)


The Senior Director, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) will be responsible for driving the multi-year corporate business plan, managing process changes supporting a rolling planning/budgeting cycle, and providing analysis of financial results to corporate, marketing, engineering and G&A business executives. The individual will manage a team of 5-6 people and will be a key member of the senior finance team. Other areas of responsibility include capital budgets, monthly forecasts, key performance metrics, and analysis of pricing.




QUALIFICATIONS

10-15 years finance/business experience. Five+ years as a successful manager of an FP&A department.
The successful candidate must be a strong leader with demonstrated experience in developing and deploying sound strategies and practicing good business judgment. In addition to possessing high stamina, energy and great interpersonal skills, this person should be an excellent communicator with the ability to translate quantitative analysis into actionable form. He/she will be a resourceful, hands-on manager who operates effectively with minimum direction. Further, the Senior Director of FP&A will have excellent conflict management skills and be able to motivate others in an accountability-focused culture.


Software industry experience/background is ideal. Strong business planning and process skills are necessary. M&A experience is desirable.


EDUCATION

Bachelor Degree including business courses. MBA preferred. CPA/CMA with some accounting experience is ideal.
