A prominent and rapidly growing NYC commercial real estate company is seeking an experienced individual to be?a Director?in their tax department.

The qualified applicant will have:

-Tax background with extensive knowledge of partnerships and REITs.

-Experience with Class A office space.

-8+ years of experience.

-CPA is preferable.

Job Responsibilities:

-Review of all transaction documentation (this is a transaction based tax role, not a compliance based role).

-Handle necessary tax issues as they arise.

Compensation:

Will pay very competitively and will cover relocation if necessary.
