Senior Finance/Accounting Analyst
Reporting to: CFO & VP Finance

Duties and Responsibilities:
?
Performs monthly, quarterly and annual accounting activities, analyses and internal auditing activities.? Analyzes monthly consolidated division operational financial reports and presents results.? Review financial data during monthly closing process to identify errors or abnormalities and interact with divisional accounting staff top resolve issues. Prepare clear and concise accounting, budgetary, statistical and narrative monthly consolidated reports to track and provide clarity of operational performance.? Perform quarterly balance sheet reviews and prepare earnings variance and trend analysis to highlight potential operational risks and opportunities.? Assists with the full consolidation of the budgets and forecasts.? Identifies and challenges activities that detract from operational profitability.? Prepare periodic reports and tax forms for company benefit plans as needed.

Knowledge and Skills:
?
Must have a bachelor's degree in accounting, CPA preferred.? Requires 5 years experience in accounting & business/finance in a manufacturing environment.? Must have a thorough knowledge of financial analysis techniques using MS Excel and Access.? Must have strong written and interpersonal skills.
