Senior Financial Analyst - Acquisitions Analysis

Senior Financial Analyst ? Real Estate Acquisitions!!!

 

Excellent opportunity in the western suburbs for a Senior Financial Analyst.  We are looking for someone interested in real estate acquisitions analysis. 

 

This highly visible position will report to the Director of Finance, and responsibilities include:

 

- Acquisitions Analysis of target properties (commercial properties, retail properties)

- Real Estate Market Analysis

- Demographic projections

- High Level Financial modeling (Excel based)

- Strategic planning

- Land development analysis

- Financial Statement Analysis (In-Depth and highly detailed)

- Analysis of revenue by property and projections of future revenue

- Board meetings and presentations of findings

- Special Projects

 

The ideal candidate will possess 3+ years of experience.Real estate industry experience is preferred, and a public accounting background is a big plus.  Must have excellent presentation skills.
