Senior Financial Analyst - Consolidations & FInanc

Responsible for the review and analysis of monthly financial statements for specific RRD business units. Assist in the monthly consolidation of financial results and ensure proper elimination of intercompany and equity accounts and that results are prepared in accordance with GAAP and RRD policy. Assist in preparation of the monthly financial reporting package. Work closely with business unit finance staff, External Reporting, Corporate staff departments, and other key members of the Corporate Controller's group. Participate in the preparation of the SEC quarterly and annual filings (10-Q and 10-K). Provide analysis and insight for other assignments and ad hoc projects, as needed including acquisitions, restructuring activities, audit and senior management requests.

Qualifications
BS in Accounting, CPA preferred
Minimum 4-6 yrs related work experience, public accounting background preferred
Excellent problem solving, communication & interpersonal skills required.
Ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities and deadlines, with attention to detail and an ability to work independently.
Strong technical skills ( Microsoft Office products) required. Hyperion experience a plus.
