Job Description:
Responsibilities and Duties:

? Act as liaison for Management Reporting team for new initiatives including input on project documentation, participating in cross-functional work group meetings, outlining requirements and completing testing for all projects.

? Manage Hyperion Enterprise database maintenance, ensuring integrity of data and controls in compliance with SOX404.

? Serve as primary backup to daily reporting to senior management including running the daily process, reviewing for accuracy and ensuring reports are distributed in accordance with deadline.

? Participate in the preparation of the Monthly Management report including review and analysis of reported data.

? Proactively look for opportunities to enhance, automate and simplify processes.

? Complete ad hoc reporting requests as needed.



SKILLS
Required:
? BS in Accounting or Finance with 4-6 years of demonstrated work experience in financial reporting and analysis and ability to successfully drive projects and business results.

? Excellent communication, analytical and problem solving skills required.
? Must be able to interact effectively with non-finance functions and varying levels of management.

? Ability to work independently. Software requirements include proficiency in Hyperion Enterprise, Excel, Access and Powerpoint.
