Senior Financial / Budget Analyst

Senior Financial Analyst opening at leading Triad-based corporation.  The primary emphasis will be to assist Managers in the development and administration of their unit-level financial plans and assist in completion of the Corporation?s annual financial and corporate plans.  Duties included:

 

? Provide training for end-user managers and staff in using corp planning systems & understanding the planning process.

? Perform analysis on regional or departmental budgets to determine reasonableness and compliance with corporate goals and expectations developed by Executive Management.

? Perform variance analysis to provide Executive Management with answers to plan variances.  Includes contact with various lines of business to obtain their input on variances.

? Evaluate and develop new alternatives for profit planning and other reporting functions.  Includes working with other lines of business to determine their needs and to make them more efficient.

? Be an active participant in the preparation of the Corporation?s annual financial plan, corporate plan and forecast. 

 

 

Bachelor?s degree in accounting or finance with four years experience with a focus on accounting/budgeting.  Understanding of profit planning, variance analysis, general accounting rules and regulations.  Excellent benefits package offered.  Interested candidates, please email resume to:  Janice.Kaptain@ajilonfinance.com .
