Our client

A Fortune 500 Manhattan-based manufacturer with a long history of profitability and financial growth.  At present, they are re-aligning several key business processes in order to build a corporate infrastructure that will drive continued growth going forward.

 

The selected candidate will provide thought leadership and analytical support in the company?s continuing efforts to streamline business operations.

 

Specific duties will include:

1. Preparing short and long term target setting and modeling.

2. Lead Revenue growth modeling with Market Research, Global Marketing and Global Strategy groups.

3. Developing and maintaining relationships with the Finance Leadership Team, Executive Council, Investor Meetings, and Board of Directors.

4. Provide effective coordination and communication with Finance, Strategic Planning, Marketing, Business Unit and Supply Chain teams.

 

Prospective candidates will possess the following skills/experiences:

1. Strong FP&A background preferably within consumer goods organizations.

2. 5+ years of financial analytical modeling experience.

3. Solid analytical and interpersonal skills and a dedication to teamwork.

4. Strong project management and financial systems skills.

5. BS in Accounting or Finance, MBA and/or CPA certification preferred.
