Senior Manager, Financial Risk Management

We are currently seeking a Financial Risk Management Senior Manager to join us in our Charlotte office.

KPMG?s Financial Risk Management (FRM) Services professionals help management and boards of directors to identify, measure, and monitor financial and business risks, the relationships between risks and returns, and the control environment over the management and reporting of these risks. In the very complex world of financial instruments, FRM professionals have assisted in valuation approaches, stress testing, model development and risk rating, and measurement approaches to help management leverage the leading practices in risk identification and measurement.

Qualifications:

- Twelve years of credit experience in a financial services/banking environment
- Knowledge of safety and sound banking regulations
- Industry and regulatory experience, as well as, credit review/due diligence experience with a major U.S. bank
- Familiarity with commercial/corporate credit and loan operations processes and policies
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to gain the confidence and the respect of senior executives
- An entrepreneurial motivation to help continue to grow KPMG?s presence in a broad marketplace
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational skills along with project management experience
- BS/BA degree from an accredited college/university
- Ability to travel an average of 30-70 percent of the time
