Senior Manager - SEC Reporting

In this position, you will be responsible for managing SEC filings, GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.

Qualifications :
Qualified candidates will have: • BS degree in Finance/Accounting • Big 4 CPA required • ERP (Peoplesoft/Oracle) system experience a plus. • Must have 10 or more years overall with 5 or more years of financial experience in the Biotechnology or high tech industries • Strong understanding GAAP and SEC reporting regulations • Excellent project management skills and the ability to collaborate with senior management and others in the company • Must be a self-starter and have the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities and have excellent analytical, computer, written and verbal skills Local candidates only.
