A mid-sized Construction company located in the West County area is seeking a Senior Payroll/HR Coordinator position to join their fast growing company.?

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Processing weekly payroll for 200+ union and non-union field employeesSetting up new hires, processing terminations, compile payroll reportsProvide payroll customer service and expertise to management and employeesCompile payroll statistics ? including headcount, adjustments, benefits, garnishments and leviesCoordinates the receiving of time sheets from field managers and employees ? this is an employee focused role and does require strong customer service skillsAudit time sheets for accuracyCoordinate the processing of employee benefits by ensuring enrollments, changes and terminations are properly managedReconcile benefits

REQUIREMENTS:Minimum of 5 years payroll experience with some HR knowledge and understanding of benefitsMust be able to work independently, but also be very team oriented and extremely employee/customer focusedProficient in MS Word and MS Excel, Payroll system in custom software

PREFER:Construction experience a plusUnion reporting and experience preferred
