Property Management Company Needs a Senior Portfolio Accountant

A large Property Management company needs a Senior Property/Portfolio Accountant. Although property management experience would be ideal, someone with strong senior accountant background would be considered a strong candidate. This could be the chance for a strong accountant to get into Real Estate. This company is located right off of 395 in Alexandria. Great work week hours.

Responsibilities:Review Month-End Statements and Month-End Journal EntriesReview Statements with Managers at Month-End and make correctionsAssist with manual accruals at Month-End for all holdingsOversee estimated tax payments and ensure timely payments

Qualifications:Bachelors Degree in AccountingSenior Accountant Level work and Month-EndAnalytical and troubleshooting skillsPublic Accounting experience preferred
