Senior Revenue Analyst

The Senior Revenue Analyst is responsible for the recognition of revenue and accounts receivable while supporting a regional team, revenue team, and sites. Duties will include the following: prepare monthly (revenue, allowance, bad debt expenses, and cash and accounts receivable journal entries), be responsible for accurate recording of these balances in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles, analyze monthly (revenue, allowance, bad debt expenses, and cash and accounts receivable balances) at cost center level and on a consolidated basis to ensure balances are appropriately stated, play an integral part of supporting and training regional team and revenue team, be responsible for completing monthly close functions (for revenue, allowance, bad debt expenses, and cash and accounts receivable) within 5 business days and on a quarterly basis within 7 business days, be responsible for completing quarterly and annual client assistance for external reviews and audits accurately and timely, be responsible for 404 compliance for the revenue and allowance process by ensuring all revenue and allowance 404 controls are completed timely and accurately, be responsible for continual improvements in systems to assist the departments in being able to better analyze balances and report on results more accurately and timely, analyze historical allowance for denial activities and trends, be responsible for internal and external ad hoc reports.

Candidates should possess their Bachelor's degree and good accounting or analysis experience. Previous medical or healthcare experience is strongly preferred. We are searching for someone with a great attitude and a confident personality.
