Senior SEC Reporting Expert

We are currently seeking interim SEC Reporting Specialists to work on various consulting projects in the Tampa Bay Area.

 

Responsibilities and Requirements: 

  Have at least eight years of SEC / External reporting and financial statement preparation, including preparation of 10Q, 10K, the annual report, and other SEC reports. Assist with month-end close. Perform ad-hoc duties, as assigned. Large corporate experience or Big 4 experience. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Be a self-starter and be able to work independently with minimal direction.  Systems experience ? Hyperion, SAP or Oracle or Lawson a plus.

Salary/Pay Rate: $40 - $80 per hour
