Senior SEC and Reporting Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

This position is responsible for preparation of monthly financial statements, SEC Reporting and corporate accounting.



Prepare the monthly journal entries and financial statements.



Responsible for the consolidation of world-wide results.



Assist in the preparation of the 10Q, 10K, Annual Report and other SEC reporting as necessary.



Prepare various financial analysis and government reports as needed.





 

Key Qualifications:

B.S. in accounting or finance, with public accounting experience Minimum of 5 years of experience in producing financial statements and maintenance of general ledger. Must prepare financial statements in accordance with GAAP Must have good analytical skillsMust be detail oriented, well organized, self-motivated Must have good communications skills and be able to interact effectively with different levels of the organization.Must be proficient with MS Excel, Hyperion experience a plus
