Responsibilities for this position include ensure compliance with sales/use tax laws through the preparation and review of state and local sales/use tax returns, verification of sales/use tax rates and taxability matrices, ensures Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, determine sales/use tax impact by the review of contracts and acquisitions.

Qualifications include 5-7 years of previous multi-jurisdictional sales/use tax experience; bachelors degree in accounting or finance; 3-4 years of corporate accounting experience; outstanding organizational and mathematical skills; working knowledge of state and local sales/use tax; advanced computer experience including Excel and Windows.
