Boulder client seeks Senior Tax Accountant/Analyst with 3-5 years tax experience. Major focus of this position is accounting for income taxes under FAS 109.

Responsibilities include:

Reviewing Federal and State returns

Assist in ensuring tax department compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley

Assist in the preparation of tax returns

Tax planning projects

Performing Tax research

Maintain and Organize tax documents and record retention to ensure compliance

Requirements:

Minimum 3-5 years of progressively responsible income tax experience

Exposure to FAS 109 accounting for income taxes

BS or BA in Accounting

Big 4 Experience a Plus

CPA License

Masters of Tax a Plus

Strong research & Analytical skills with the ability to identify potential tax exposures
