Senior Tax Accountant REF: HDS

Our client is an international retailer of specialist niche products, currently listed on the New York Stock Exchange. They are looking to recruit a tax senior ideally with a public private mix and CPA qualification. The ideal candidate will have 3 or more years experience, prefferably come from a big four or regional accounting firm bakground and have strong systems skills. FAS 109 & Corp tax are a distinct advantage. Duties include: -Completing corporate tax returns. -Assuring compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations. -Minimizing tax liability through sound and informed application of laws and regulations. -Supervising tax staff.
