Senior Tax Analyst to $85k

Our Client, a highly regarded real estate company, is looking for an individual with excellent problem solving skills to fill the position of Senior Tax Analyst. The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to work independently. The position of Senior Tax Analyst requires a high level of technical competence in accounting, federal taxation for partnerships, and extensive knowledge of state tax reporting requirements. 

  Responsibilities:

-  Preparation of complete sets of tax return work papers including: trail balances, partner allocations, and state apportionment schedules.

-  Execution of tax projections and estimates and as well as provide additional tax information as requested by investors.

-  Preparation and review of filing federal and state extensions and returns

Qualifications:

A Bachelor?s degree in Accounting or a related discipline is required. Minimum five years of work involving exposure to partnership accounting and taxation. Corporate taxation and real estate experience is a plus! CPA or Masters in taxation preferred.
