Senior Tax Associate, Fed Tax

KPMG?s Federal Tax Services practice is a resource for clients that need help complying with the latest IRS rules and regulations. Our tax professionals who handle federal tax issues bring the experience and commitment necessary to deliver tax compliance and advisory services to help meet our clients? specific needs.


Responsibilities:

?Assist in advising clients on a full spectrum of corporate tax services including planning, research, compliance, and provision work
?Work as a part of a multi-disciplinary team that focuses on helping to provide industry knowledge and experience
?Develop, motivate, and train staff level team members
?Review compliance and consolidated returns for a variety of clients, including corporations, S corps, partnerships, LLCs, and LLPs


Qualifications:

?Three years of public accounting and/or corporate tax experience
?Knowledge of a broad range of corporate tax matters in various industries
?Excellent research and writing skills
?Bachelor?s degree in Accounting from an accredited college/university or a J.D. from an accredited college/university
?Eligible to sit for the CPA exam
