Senior Tax Manager

Senior Tax Manager $120K

Fortune 500 organization is seeking a Senior Tax Manager for its headquarters in Northern Virginia. It offers the opportunity to work with high caliber professionals in a nationally recognized firm.

Responsibilities:

Tax risk identification and management there of

Management of people and process supporting corporate tax compliance (ensure timely and accurate tax payments and return filings) and/or tax audits and controversies

Support internal and external counsel during tax audits in developing and implementing strategies

Analyze tax work papers that support the calculation of tax payments and return filings

Mentor and motivate members in the assigned tax group

Requirements:

BS/BS Accounting

CPA or MS in Taxation

6-8 years corporate tax experience

Section 404 compliance experience
